We do! Most of our storage containers are standard-sized shipping containers.

Our rental system works much like a VRBO or Air BnB system. Select the dates you wish to rent an available product. You’ll fill out your basic information, including the delivery address, and we’ll get you on our schedule and deliver your rental. Please be sure to review our Terms of Service before signing.

Please refrain from placing in the dumpster any lead acid batteries, whole tires, medical/infectious/biohazardous wastes, appliances containing refrigerants, pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, fluorescent lamps, and ballasts.

We are not able to take hazardous or radioactive wastes to the landfills. This includes any listed wastes in the Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations part 261, as well as PCB waste 50 ppm or above. Avoid corrosive, flammable, reactive, explosive, and toxic materials that may otherwise be hazardous in liquid, solid, or gas form.

Contact us before the included period ends. We’ll confirm whether additional time is available and explain any applicable extension charges.

If a customer overfills or dry-blocks our product, an automatic charge is placed on their rental bill as stated in our Terms of Service. Please see our Tonnage Included section on our website to see how much tonnage is included per product.

Stay within the container’s loading limits and the terms of your rental. Included weight and available space are separate limits: a dumpster does not need to be full to exceed its included weight allowance.

Yes! You are welcome to fill the dumpster with your materials for the duration of your rental. You can use the rear door for easy access. If you have leftovers, leave them in the dumpster. Removing those materials is part of our rental service.

Check the prohibited-materials list first. Do not place prohibited items in the dumpster.

For an item that is not clearly covered, describe it to the team and obtain confirmation before loading. An item’s source—such as a home, garage, or renovation—does not by itself determine whether it is acceptable.

We deliver and pick up each of our refrigerated trailers. Customer pick up and drop off is not available.

No. Next Can handles placement and movement of the trailer. Discuss the desired location before delivery, and contact us before making any change to the placement arrangements.

Ask the team about anything that is unclear rather than applying dumpster loading rules to a refrigerated trailer.

Our units generate a similar amount of noise as a household window air conditioner. This refrigeration unit will not run continuously and is not very noticeable when running.

We do not charge mileage or metering. We charge a flat fee for the rental period, delivery, set up, and pick up. All fees are known before checkout.

The ambient temperature and set point of the refrigeration unit will determine the cool-down time. Generally, a unit takes 30 minutes to an hour.

A dedicated circuit has its very own breaker and only one outlet. These trailers will work on a circuit with more than one outlet as long as there is no other appliance plugged into one of the other outlets.

The power arrangement must be suitable for the specific trailer. Review the power and setup guide and confirm your available supply before delivery.

Just about anything you can think of from furniture to valuables, supplies, etc.

Tell us about those requirements before booking. Weather protection and climate control are different considerations, so equipment suitability needs to be checked for what you plan to store.

Our shipping containers are wind and watertight.

The delivery vehicle needs space to approach, unload, and leave, in addition to the space occupied by the container. Describe gates, slopes, overhead obstructions, and other access limitations so the team can confirm the requirements.
