Permit Requirements
You may need a permit to place our roll-off dumpster on your property, especially if it obstructs traffic or a public right of way. Please contact your local municipality or our company to find out if a permit is necessary.

Our rental system was built to offer flexible renting dates for the exact time frame you need our service. Plan your date range ahead of time, being aware of any cushion time you may need for the project or event you have planned.
Pricing & Additional Fees
Our rates are listed on our rental system, but if you have any questions regarding the rent cost or any additional fees, please contact us. We do have weight limits that can lead to extra charges if this limit is exceeded.
Safety
Please make sure your waste is evenly distributed in the dumpster, keeping it below or level with the top. This will prevent tipping and any dangerous debris during transport. To keep your driveway or lawn safe, consider placing plywood or wooden planks beneath the container.
Environment
If you’re disposing of items that can be recycled, consider separating them from the general waste.
Before You Rent
Determine the right size and location – We have 3 sizes to choose from. If you are unsure of which size you’ll need after reviewing the dimensions, sizing up will likely be the safest option. Please make sure that the drop off location fits the loading and unloading needs we have listed under each dumpster.

Our containers are measured in square feet so to ensure you won’t run out of room. Please review the loading and unloading area requirements for this rental. If you cannot find the size you are looking for, then please contact us. We can see if we have what you need during a feasible time frame.
Refrigerated Trailer Services & Rentals
Renting a portable refrigerated trailer can be a smart and cost-effective solution for transporting temperature-sensitive goods. Whether you’re planning an event, working in the food industry, pharmaceuticals, or any business that requires the transportation of perishable items, renting a refrigerated trailer from Next Can is a convenient option for all of your portable refrigeration needs.
Our mobile Refrigerated Trailers provide a safe way to store products that need refrigerated or frozen. We’ll deliver and set up the trailer right at your desired location. Use these at your next event, seasonal overflow, construction project, or for emergency refrigeration needs.
Pricing/Scheduling
3-day minimum. If you need the trailer for less than three days we still charge for the 3-day minimum. The rental must be started and ended on a weekday when selecting the rental period. Please call for special arrangements.
Transport
The trailer hitch is locked after the initial delivery and placement of the trailer for your safety and ours. This unit can only be moved by a Next Can representative.
Power Supply
We’ll provide a 25ft electric cord. Make sure you have an appropriate power source to connect this cord to. There are no gasoline engines or emissions.
Monitor Temperatures
Many modern refrigerated trailers come with temperature monitoring systems, but it’s still advisable to keep an eye on the temperature during use. Regularly check the trailer’s temperature to ensure it stays within the desired range, and be prepared to make adjustments if necessary.
